Explore Kuala Lipis

Pahang is the largest state in Peninsular Malaysia. It's best known for its mountains, rainforests and beaches, including the white sands and coral reefs of Tioman Island off the east coast. The state capital, Kuantan, is a major seaport. In the west, the gentle hills of the Cameron Highlands include resorts, tea plantations and terraced farms, and the village of Fraser’s Hill resembles an English hamlet.

The town of Kuala Lipis features colonial buildings recalling its time as the state capital. These include the Residence of the District Officer, overlooking the Pahang Club once frequented by high-ranking British officials. Nearby, Taman Negara National Park includes rainforest, a canopy walkway and the Lata Berkoh waterfall. Landmarks in the royal city of Pekan include the Royal Pahang Silk Weaving Centre and the Watercraft Gallery, displaying boats that once sailed on the Pahang River. Accessible by cable car from Malaysia's capital, Kuala Lumpur, the Genting Highlands resort offers a casino and theme park attractions.

With all these natural sceneries and precious resources, Star-Well Hotel dreams to increase tourism opportunities to the town of Kuala Lipis by creating tour packages to attract tourist around the world.
